Cleaning The Air and Planting Trees

Our mission when dreaming up Nature's Clean is three fold:

1. Break the Monopoly and take control out of the 5 large conglomerates and give the power back to small business owners.
2. Drastically reduce the amount of infectious waste going into the incinerators, plaguing our communities with toxic emissions.
3. Create a recession proof business that supports the healthcare communities.

The above mentioned mission points, introduces a few of the issues, easily solved with our project.  There are five large companies servicing the biomedical waste industry that have created a monopoly, raising prices over 150%!  This has caused many lay-offs, jeopardizing patient care as well as unaffordable healthcare costs.  Additionally, the top 5 are squeezing out small business owners who transfer the waste from healthcare settings to disinfection facilities by increasing prices and forcing them to sell the very companies they built on their backs.  The last key issue is the waste going into incinerators.  They have to burn at a minimum of 900 degrees, emitting dangerous emissions and polluting our communities.  

As you can imagine, the market size is enormous.  We are starting with two GREEN treatment facilities in the SE, allowing us to capture a large piece of the market, which plans to grow towards the west.  Below is a chart highlighting the opportunity in the SE along:

Growing at an annual rate of 5.5%, our research suggests there are over 425 transporters registered in the southeastern United States, with many more registered in the remainder of the country.   The cannabis market has over 1,800 cannabis centered businesses, growing at an average rate of 30.5% per year since 2018.  

At Nature's Clean, putting others at the center of our business practice puts us ahead of the rest of the markets.  Utilizing a proven, patented, nature driven sterilization technology kicks off multiple benefits to those participating in the current monopoly.  Below are some highlights on how we plan to turn this industry upside on itself, causing reset in the way treatment facilities conduct business. 

• Removing waste from environmentally damaging incinerators and autoclaves
• Reducing the cost of waste destruction, allowing for competition in the marketplace
• Offering cooperative incentives to small business owners, giving them a larger stake in the market
• Employing green, energy efficient technology, using nature's cleaning agent, ozone
• Offering a safer work environment for employees
• Increase available carbon credits to healthcare, cannabis and pharmaceutical facilities
• Lower pricing helps small business owners (transporters) be more competitive, opening larger markets

We he already pre-sold waste services, securing nearly 100,000 lbs. per month already within our industry relationship network.  We are not letting the official word out, as we want to obtain the necessary permits before contacting other service companies.

We are so thankful for the fundraising opportunities available today and hope to raise any amount as it all helps us move forward with our mission.  We have filed for as SBA loan, but need funding for many items to get started.  We need, floor scales, reusable containers, computers and office furniture and supplies.  

With over 18 years in the industry, I am excited to be able to partner with successful bio-medical waste transporters, active and retired, as well as a few other successful entrepreneurs.  Hal Atkins is a partner who started a GREEN pet cremation service company called Companah and will be the VP of Operations after handing Companah over to his wife.  Additionally, I am proud to have my husband, Jason Kraning help with our venture as our VP of Corporate Relations.  He started a company almost 30 years ago which has been very successful.
