CkRWN Brand| Representation, Opportunity, Empower

Ckrwn is more than just your typical clothing store but a place of empowerment for WOC, Women of all different shapes, sizes, and styles, As well as a place to more opportunity to the everyday girls and boys who want to build their modeling portfolio or open up their own store as a teen/young adult like me (18).

The Mission

I want Ckrwn to be the absolute best that it can be, as well as the best that I know it can be. I've always wanted to provide opportunities to ambitious young individuals like myself with their business goals, Career goals, college goals etc! With this brand I plan on not just providing some amazing clothing items, but scholarship opportunities, Grants, workshops and so much more! 

The Problem

The Problem in the beauty and fashion industry is representation. I grew up seeing just about one type of woman on the store displays, billboards, websites and magazines and always had to imagine myself in the place of those who didn't look like me, and eventually grew to wanting to look like that one type of woman. I also found it hard to find the opportunities in the arts that I longed for! Opportunity is also so hard to find when it comes to young POC looking to information on what it means to be a young entrepreneur, and how to see your dreams come to life. 

Ckrwn aims to educate, inspire and empower youth and young adults as well as provide vast opportunities in all areas of young life! As time goes on there will be more and more representation for every type of woman, POC, every body size and shape, skin tones etc! Ckrwn is a one stop shop for getting your shop on and seeking opportunity right at your fingertips

Why does Ckrwn Seek Funding?

Ckrwn seeks funding because... as hard as I may be working, I still need so much more in order for my business to reach the heights I know it will! I am 18 years old, working and attending college and seek funding support so I can purchase more shipping equipment, provide more material for portfolios, start funding for workshops and conventions, purchase inventory, marketing/advertisement and shoots.

As well as fund Ckrwn HQ which will be attached to the brand where young Genz-ers discuss society, relationships, entrepreneurship etc! which will be featured on the Ckrwn site and youtube channel

I am the only the owner of this brand, but am the only member on my team as of now and plan to grow this family more and more over the years
