Project Description

 Mission: Our mission at CHANGING FUTURES FOR FAMILIES is to help prevent poverty and homelessness in the community through a variety of services and programs. We want to provide the highest level of service while individualizing every customer and maintaining integrity, fairness, and honesty. We see ourselves as a trusted company, which means that our clients can rely on us for the best counseling and support services.

OUR GOALS: The goal of every business is to be successful. By success, it means a large client base, constantly increasing patronage, and hence, rapid business growth. ● CHANGING FUTURES FOR FAMILIES’ paramount goal is to provide effective, efficient, and customer-focused solutions. ● To make available counseling and support services to our target audience without any form of mishaps. ● Our goal is to provide several avenues of communication for our target audience and respond promptly to concerns. ● Our goal is also to run a business that will not only succeed in revenue and size but will also have a landmark impact locally and nationally.

Services: CHANGING FUTURES FOR FAMILIES will be offering community services to homeless veterans and newly released incarcerated veterans. These services will not exclude non-veterans other community homeless individuals who are accepted. The services offered will range from triage intake, counseling services, housing assistance, education support services, job services such as resume writing, basic computer classes, and daily job searches. Our veteran's specific services will involve registering with Local area or regional Veteran affairs services and Veterans medical center. The program is structured into four levels;

level 1: Intake
level 2: Counseling/VA Healthcare Registration
level 3: Housing/Education Services
level 4: Career Services.

In addition to those services, we will offer transportation services for
appointments, healthcare appointments, job interviews, and other services.
We are excited to offer this to our communities. 

DREAM TEAM:  MEMBERS OF STAFF AND THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES  AnnieMichelle Brown-Mallard is the President/Owner and Intake Counselor.  Brianna Mallard is the Medical Assistant.  Kalique Mallard is the Business Office Manager/Accounts Receivable.  Edward Mallard is in charge of the Education Department.  Adrian Pearson is in charge of the Training Department.
