Career Education for a Diverse Workplace!

Hi There!

My name is Caryn Blaylock. I am a former higher education enrollment counselor and a veteran's wife. I discovered a HUGE problem in the enrollment process and would like to help fix it!

Did you know that only 34% of students receive career and college counseling? Only 7% obtain scholarships? How are we ever going to increase diversity in the workplace if students do not know what they are capable of!!

I have designed a month long course that contains personality and career counseling, financial aid education, and personalized assistance locating the best educational facility for the individual student. This course can be used by schools, nonprofits, and criminal justice systems. My goals are simple- lower financial aid debt and increase workplace diversity. I would also LOVE to hire veteran spouses. A majority of programs aim to assist the veteran. Our veteran spouses are the ones who have to maintain stability in the home. Consistent employment would be a huge help to this population.
