Project Description
Welcome to the CAPE Movement! We are a Family!
We are Angie Leitnaker and Renee Vardouniotis. Between the two of us, we bring to you over 3 decades of teaching experience working in schools. We found a common passion with mindset and personal development, and our journey inspired us to create all-inclusive mindset programs for both homes and schools.
Our passion to serve ignited when we realized that that we could provide valuable supplemental pieces to the educational puzzle that every child would benefit from learning. Now more than ever, our children can benefit from guidance and support with regards to their mental health. Our program dives deep into understanding how the mind works, and guides children (and adults!) to have a deeper understanding of self-image and intentionally choosing thoughts that serve us. We also guide children and adults to set goals for growth and raises awareness of what is possible.
We have created a program that we are so proud to introduce to the world. Each of the 13 Core Lessons of the CAPE program has an adult component, a child component, and an accompanying cartoon representation of the lesson. We have professionals in various fields of development, including experts in special needs learning, who have joined our team.

SOCIAL STATEMENT
For the first time in educational history and utilizing revolutionary methods, we are helping children and families raise their awareness so they can set worthy goals and attain them with ease.
VISION STATEMENT
Our collective vision is to positively and permanently impact in excess of 100 million families worldwide, creating a generational shift in paradigm. Our commitment is to increase mindset and self-awareness and for it to be a common practice in homes and schools globally.

What are Angie and Renee's credentials?
Angie Leitnaker served 13 years in public education as a first grade teacher. She holds a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Literacy and Instruction.
Renee Vardouniotis served 20 years in public education as a speech therapist. She holds a bachelors degree in Communication Disorders and a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology.
Both Angie and Renee are ongoing proteges of mindset, personal growth, and self development and are students of the Proctor Gallagher Institute and Matrix Success Network.
How is this program different than others?
This program was developed creatively and is the first of its kind. The CAPE Programs are revolutionary, targeting important concepts supplemental to traditional education. What we are teaching will help children (and adults!) socially, behaviorally, academically, mentally, and emotionally in every facet of their lives. The program is designed to be accessible to all skill and developmental levels.
In what ways will my contribution be utilized?
