Chilled Flavors have been in establishment since 2017.  They are in the process of closing their doors and I am taking over ownership and relocating it over to the Westside for better exposure.  I specialize in homemade all natural ice cream. I offer sundaes, handmade waffle cone, waffle sandwich, floats, ice cream cakes and pies, Gluten free and dairy free ice cream. I believe there is a large market of families that want simple, affordable and delicious ice cream. Chilled Flavors have been keeping steady business year after year but due to the location business have been slow.  I am relocation the business over in the Oakleaf area where everyday traffic passing through is over 60,000 cars a day. This will be a great opportunity for Chilled Flavors. The creamery industry has a history of consistent growth that is projected to continue in the future. My goal is to big long time relationships within the community and become heavily involved with the schools, local businesses, etc.  I am currently faced with purchasing the company and equipment for $50K and needing funds for the Unit build-out. Right now to secure the company and equipment I am needing $50K.  There are many ideals to add onto the current model to bring recreation to the area.
