¡Queremos traer a Rayen para una presentación! Earthans, la Danza de la Luna en la Tierra, es una poderosa actuación al aire libre que explora la ética de nuestra relación con la naturaleza y el impacto de la colisión entre culturas en época colonial y postcolonial. A través de la danza, el arte visual y la música, abordamos las dinámicas de poder, la conexión y las identidades fluidas. Con tu apoyo, podemos exponer las acciones extractivas y aumentar la conciencia sobre los problemas ambientales globales. Estamos solicitando tu apoyo para que Rayen, una importante poeta y activista abuela mapuche, pueda actuar con nosotros en el Festival Terra alemán en Ingolstadt (Terra Festival). La conexión de Alemania con el pueblo mapuche se remonta a la historia menos conocida de las colonias. Esta historia contribuyó al desarrollo de una cultura agrícola que desafortunadamente llevó al desplazamiento de la realidad cultural y ambiental mapuche en la región, dando lugar finalmente a la industria forestal chilena actual. Además, Alemania es reconocida como un importante consumidor de derivados de madera, con un promedio de 250 kg por persona al año. Nuestro trabajo tiene como objetivo crear un espacio para el diálogo crítico y la reflexión sobre estos temas.

Rayen Kvyeh es una destacada dramaturga y poeta chilena, originaria de Huequén, provincia de Malleko (Ngulumapu, Chile). Su vida ha sido dedicada a la promoción de los derechos humanos y la libertad en la nación mapuche. A través de su poesía, denuncia injusticias y ha llevado su talento a diversos países, convirtiéndose en una figura destacada en la literatura contemporánea mapuche. Uno de sus textos más notables es el libro "Mond der ersten Knospen, Wvne Coyvnñi Kvyeh" (Luna de los primeros brotes), que fue editado por primera vez en Alemania en 1989, en una versión bilingüe mapudungun-alemán.

We want to bring Rayen in for a performance! Earthans, the Dance of the Moon on Earth, is a powerful outdoor performance that explores the ethics of our relationship with nature and the impact of the collision between colonial and post-colonial cultures. Through dance, visual art, and music, we address power dynamics, connectedness, and fluid identities. With your support, we can denounce extractivist actions and raise awareness of global environmental issues. We are asking for your support so that Rayen, an extraordinary Mapuche  grandmother poet and activist, can perform with us at the German Terra Festival in Ingolstadt (Terra Festival).. Germany's connection with the Mapuche people can be traced back to the lesser-known history of the colonies. This history contributed to the development of an agricultural culture that unfortunately led to the displacement of the Mapuche cultural and environmental reality in the region, ultimately giving rise to today's Chilean forest industry. Additionally, Germany is recognized as a significant consumer of wood derivatives, with an average of 250 kg per person per year. Our work aims to create a space for critical dialogue and reflection on these matters.

Rayen Kvyeh is an outstanding Chilean playwright and poet, originating from Huequén, Malleko province (Ngulumapu, Chile). Through her poetry, she denounces injustices and has taken her talent to various countries, becoming a prominent figure in contemporary Mapuche literature.
