WHAT IS THE BLK MRKT DALLAS?
Pronounced The Black Market Dallas is an event curated to promote entrepreneurship and civic activism in the black community. Our heroic ancestors broke barriers by advocating for the advancement of Black people. In the face of our adversity, we are capable, powerful, and able to build a promising FUTURE for generations to come. It’s our responsibility to forge ahead with our ancestors’ hopes for a thriving Black cooperative full of equal opportunity, collaborative initiatives, and collective prosperity for all.
We are connecting local black-owned businesses and black community outreach programs to a community that supports black UPWARD MOBILITY.
WHO WILL ATTEND THIS EVENT?
If you're serious about entrepreneurship and activism in the Black community this event is for YOU. If you support Black upward mobility this event is for YOU.
HOW WOULD THIS FUNDING BE USED?
Our goal is to curate an experience at no cost to the attendees and vendors. Raising funding will assist with securing a venue, operation costs, marketing, and advertising.

- The main event will be in-person with COVID-19 measures in place. We plan to host a pre-kickoff event virtually for those who may be interested in attending virtually.

- No this event is for anyone who supports the advancement of black people and black upward mobility.
