I set out on a personal path to holistic wellness through fitness, Yoga, Reiki, and meditation nearly 20 years ago.  Being able to completely change my life around drove me to find passion in helping others do the same.  In addition to seeing private clients for trauma-informed movement training, Reiki, and holistic coaching, I host small group circles, retreats, and training to certify others who continue this work in the community.  My short-term goal is to lease a larger space, be able to hire and mentor other practitioners I've trained and host more workshops. Long-term, I envision a retreat center that could host extended trainings for Yoga teachers and Reiki practitioners and women's retreats.  

Our county hosts 44,000 residents with a median household income of $77,000. 

A larger space would allow me to reach more people.  Ideally, we'd have 2-3 treatment rooms and a classroom large enough for 10-15 people.  I would hire 4+ practitioners to see private clients (Yoga/Reiki/massage/coaching) and 4+ teachers to build a regular group class schedule.  I would furnish the massage tables and supplies, fitness/Yoga props, and equipment.

I would invest in equipment and supplies, marketing, and investing in the long-term future of the business as its own retreat house.
