Project Description
Believer's Evolution (BE) is a firm that supports nonprofit leaders in their abilities to focus on company growth through constructive insights on brand awareness, operational leadership and development, organizational behavior, strategy and execution, and when or how to raise capital. BE specializes in guiding organizations to learn how to navigate beyond best practices through startup expansion and new project execution.
BE Helps the Growing Demand for Operations Positions and Roles in your Firm: operations and "customer success" jobs are in high demand. The U.S. Department of Labor estimates that demand for operations jobs will grow 27 percent between 2019-2026. Jobs like these are critically important and typically entail management/customer service roles, including:
- Streamlining existing and startup’ operations to make processes more affordable
- Improving customer satisfaction
- Working and understanding different roles within an organization
- Creating procedures and guides for the organization, including quality control and assurance
Since Our Creation in 2018, We have not had a headquarters. I have operated, as a mother of 3, out of my home. Our workshops have been at client’s offices, restaurants, shared space etc. This has made our mission extremely difficult to execute effectively and efficiently. It is time to find BE a home. With your support, we will have a furnished office space that our clients can feel at home while attending our workshops and consulting sessions.
