Angels Help

The mission of Angels Help is simple, "to just be of help of basic needs".  We understand how important "little things" are as well as the bigger things. Unless one truly understands "lack", even the lack of something as small as a roll of toilet paper, it can be difficult to understand little needs. In my opinion, a pack of undergarments or a box of diapers can feel just as important as a monthly bill. 

Our goal is to help low-income and homeless people at least have access to these items when they have no other means to support themselves to obtain it. We want to see people be able to access basic needs for free from community central locations, including shelters and food banks. 

To these communities, these needs are re-occurring, we focus on providing to multiple food-banks and communities items ranging from laundry care and personal hygiene, to food/fuel cards and baby items.  This helps parents, especially single parents who are already struggling to have some room to breathe a sigh of relief for the little things. 

We are seeking funding to be able to continue to help others. We cannot do this alone and we rely on grants and donations to keep us moving forward with our mission. With funds, we contact multiple places to learn what needs are needed most and we deliver these products to that particular organization.  One week, we will focus on Men's shelters only and the next week we will focus on domestic violence and family shelters only; other weeks we focus on food-banks and the next teen shelters, and we continue to rotate. Pretty awesome huh?! 

This is how we reach multiple needs and people. 

This organization was created with a dollar and a dream. A dream to be able to help low-income communities, communities of color, and people who need help most. We are an African-American family-owned small organization.  As previously stated, our goal is simply to help people with "basic"  necessities. 

Your support is highly needed and extremely appreciated. It helps people in the littlest ways more than you may know. 

A director of a domestic violence shelter emailed us after one of our deliveries thanking us for helping the women and children within the shelter. It helped mothers already going through hard times simply take a load off. That makes us Happy :)
