Our mission is to transform the minds of the future leaders and innovators from early childhood education and beyond. We want our scholars to master self-discipline, self-confidence, and self-awareness. With this formula at the center we will make learning cool again!

We will solve educational inequality with our objective of fusing education and mentorship to create a shift in the educational atmosphere and make academic excellence attainable for all students no matter their background, religion, race and nationality. 

The market size is huge, hundreds of thousands and students and schools are everywhere but we want to focus our services in California. 

We focus on strengthening the student as a whole, which encompasses mentoring along with our tutoring package. We the mentorship aspect of the program to create a safe place for your student to be encouraged, motivated, and empowered consistently. It is the hope of our program that our students will learn self-development as well as self-discipline skills that will be the underlying force in their academic success. We make every student feel unique by catering to the diverse development of each student's learning styles. With one central goal to enhance their strengths and build their weaknesses to match their strengths. 

A1 Academic Success is seeking a grant to expand our program and introduce to the community a new resource of academic assistance that will be free to 50-100 families a year. The funds requested will also assist in purchasing necessary materials for our tutors such as school supplies, calendars, uniforms, and fund our advertising/marketing. 

Our team comprises myself, (CEO) Allayah, and 10 other tutors in los angeles county, as well as a marketing and curriculum strategist.
