- What is the mission of your company or project? Targeting the eradication of headlice for our families and our community and helping non profitable charitable organisations that cant find the funding.
- Describe the problem you are solving? Using a heated air treatment for the prevention / cure for headlice in 90mins no more 7 day repeat treatment so time to say good-bye eliminate the old method.
- What is the market size/opportunity? NATIONWIDE IN NEW ZEALAND- With 4 popular locations { AUCKLAND/ HAWKES BAY/ WELLINGTON/ CHRISTCHURCH.
- What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem? - There are 3 companies involved , 1 of them is LARADA SCIENCES which is a university in UTAH that created the heated air machine treatment. And the others are[LICE CLINICS OF AMERICA and LICE CLINICS OF AUSTRALIA} And soon to be opening my clinic in HAWKES BAY then will use profits to open the remaining locations {AUCKLAND,WELLINGTON,CHRISTCHURCH} and also the help and guidance from those companies, as they granted me a $90,000 franchise for a headlice clinic with the machine and everything that is required to operate the clinic {have proof of the franchise agreement if you require it} i also showed dedication and drive towards this product for the extensive research on the machine itself and reading the operators manual so i know what the product does and how to operate it as well as understanding certain methods and platforms to Utilise the clinic in the best possible way. So i got chosen and granted the franchise for Hawkes Bay clinic here and also have the opportunity to expand when buisness is financially stable.
- Who is on your team? Myself { rebecca carroll} and will employ 1 other staff member and trainthat staff member myself as part of my grant i got they trained me and also gained my certificate to be a licensed headlice technician.
