Hooky Wellness was born of a personal experience with burnout, confirmed by market feedback and amplified by the pandemic and ongoing bs of the past few years.
We're dedicated to providing approachable, relatable, and empowering experiences that equip individuals to recognize and mitigate burnout. We launched in January 2020 and though the pandemic caused a pivot to our original business plan, we shifted our focus and have supported close to 5,000 professionals through our enterprise support for organizations and workplace teams.
Hooky Wellness was launched through the financial and emotional investment of our founder and her growing family. Through the support of paid clients, volunteers, advisors, and our talented team members, we've made it to where we are today.
Your contribution will enable us support the well-being of our team as we work to meet the growing demand. The funds from this campaign will be used to amplify the Relief Concierge launch and member experience, pay core team members, solidify the company's back-end systems & operations, IP all to strengthen the business foundations and build efficiency into our processes.

OUR FOUNDER
My founder journey started with a Different World and Whitney Gilbert and Debbie Allen practicing the mantra, "Relax, relate, release." Unknowingly this intro to mental health planted a seed that grew over the following 20+ years.
Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur and speaker, I built a career in brand management and innovation across workspace design, consumer goods and tech at companies including Haworth, Nestle and Intuit. Then in 2017, I was blindsided by burnout causing me to double down on understanding it and helping other unaware, high-driving professionals do the same.
It's been an exciting journey to merge my professional experience with design thinking and building consumer brands with my passion for wellness experiences and impact. The past few years have been filled with wins, pivots, grief, growth and much more. I'm proud of the impact that Hooky Wellness has made in our short time and I'm excited to expand our offering and support to a new place.
