Equity through Mentorship

Hi, we are Jodi & Richard Petersen, Co-Founders of MentorStrat.

MentorStrat helps companies create, scale, or reimagine mentorship programs and we have a training academy to help participants be successful. 

One of the best ways to create equity of opportunity within companies is through relationship building, and mentorship is a great way to connect people. But if programs aren't intentionally designed and participants aren't trained for the experience, they could be doing more harm than good.  

Our mentorship programs have impacted over 50,000+ hours of mentoring to 15,000+ participants in 70 countries and that number is growing each day.

In January 2023, we will be launching MentorStrat Academy providing robust online training for mentors and mentees and a certification program for Mentoring Program Managers.

We are currently focused on companies in the US, UK and Canada, but we are working on a partnership that will help us expand into Latin America. 

We have also created mutually beneficial partnerships with the top mentoring software companies, complimenting their product with professional services and training. 

We are seeking funding so that we can pay our L&D Consultant and ourselves a salary so we can continue to work on our product, hire a Spanish speaking consultant for expansion into Latin America, and create an advertising campaign for MentorStrat Academy.

Our vision might seem lofty, but if we can leave the corporate world better than we found it and impact and exponential amount of lives, it will be worth it!
