Mission Statement

KT Mya Specialty Lingerie mission is to rejuvenate self-confidence by providing perfect fit, comfortable, quality lingerie, shape-wear, workout wear and prosthetics to assist in healthy healing and confidence boosting.

Vision

To become a preferred supplier of innovative high quality comfortable lingerie, shape-wear, workout wear and prosthetics for general and medical consumers domestically and internationally and provide customers with a positive and  educational experience.

Company Goals

KT Mya goals are to create a private label brand and product line of lingerie, shape-wear, workout wear, and prosthetics. We currently work with manufacturers building relationships and testing quality of products and turnaround ability. We also plan to open a retail location in the city of Milwaukee initially within the collective @ Bayshore Mall and eventually grow into our own retail space.

Target Market

KTM target market is women and men age 25 to 60 within a medium income range whom may be in the child bearing stage in life and looking for that shape-wear or workout wear to snap their body back into shape rebuilding confidence and reducing the affects of postpartum depression. This customer base is never ending since women bearing children won't end.  We Also want to cater to that person who may be undergoing elective surgery and would need the compression shaper to properly heal. And most importantly mastectomy patients that not only would need the compression shaper to heal but may also need the prosthesis to rebuild confidence. This customer base would provide stability within the market since elective surgery trend is rising and unfortunately breast cancer patients and mastectomy procedures are also on the rise and not everyone can elect to have their breast rebuilt. We want to offer the option of payment using health insurance and also provide emotional support to customers.

Industry

Lingerie is a multimillion dollar stable industry that is continuously growing. My business is unique in the sense that it focuses on healing and wellness and  fashion. With the rising trends in weight loss and body image, this portion of the industry will also continue to grow. Women giving birth, having elective surgery, and mastectomy patients is a stable customer base that will sustain our business through changing times. We plan to keep up with the trending technology in bras and shape-wear and prosthesis to provide our customers with the latest technology and promote healthy fashionable healing.

Products and Services

KT Mya offers General fashion and medical grade lingerie, shape-wear, sleepwear, workout wear, prosthesis and accessories. For women and men size small to 6X. We chose to include medical grade shape-wear and prosthesis to solve the issue of the shapers being more comfortable but still providing the compression needed to heal and also to provide options to those who may not be able to qualify for breast reconstruction after a mastectomy. We have built relationships with manufacturers to produce these private label products for KT Mya under our brand name. The low cost of production for these products allows us to make the items more affordable to customers giving the option to purchase out of pocket or with health insurance. I would make these products more readily available to customers to purchase ahead of time so they are happy and comfortable after procedures.
