About the coach

Lindsey Lapin is the Brand Manager for Value Skin Cleansing at Unilever. Originally from Houston, Texas, she attended Duke University for undergrad and subsequently spent 5 years in NYC working in media planning and buying. Interested in transitioning to a career in Brand Management, Lindsey left New York to get an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. After graduating from Kellogg in June 2015 and spending the summer months traveling internationally, she began her first role at Unilever helping to manage the Suave brand. During her 5 years at Unilever, Lindsey has managed multiple brands including Suave, Pure Leaf, and Q-tips, and currently looks after 3 skin cleansing brands: Caress, St. Ives, and Lever 2000. She currently lives on the Upper West Side of NYC with her husband Andrew, with whom she tied the knot this past November.

About the coach

Nalini Ramesh, Financial Reporting Manager at Unilever,  is a well-accomplished financial accounting and reporting professional with broad experience in analysis, budget planning and forecasting. As a seasoned financial professional with more than 20 years of experience, Nalini has worked with Pepsico & IBM before joining the team at Unilever. Nalini is an active board member for a non profit organization promoting music and arts and conducts seminars periodically to educate women to be financially independent. In her spare time, Nalini enjoys cooking and gardening.
