Hello Sweet Supporters,

Thank you for supporting us and believing in Urban Sweets! Since we started this campaign we've been Scooper busy and wanted to share a few updates with you.

Rewards updates

  • We are excited about rolling out all digital frames for each of our Sweet Supporters.  The frames are being created via Reels on our  Instagram account.  If you haven't seen yours yet, we wanted to let you know that ALL will be posted and we will get those out soon.  If yours has been posted, please boast about your Sweet Support by reposting to your social media feed or in your stories!
  • We just printed wrapping paper to fulfill t-shirt rewards.  We also had a sneak peak of the t-shirt and think you are going to really like it! Stay tuned for more updates on fulfillment.

Company updates

  • Press, press, press, press, press!  Urban Sweets has been getting a whole lot of press for our upcoming store opening.  We are on Cloud 9.
  • We had our first feature in the media with Jalon Hill at QCity Metro which jump started our press campaign. 
  • Following that, not only were we featured in an article on Axios, but we also made a television appearance on Axios WBTV.   
  • Add to that, at the beginning of this week, the Charlotte Observer included us in their list of businesses that are planned to open this year.
  • We've been busy with events too.  This week we rolled our mobile cart up to Met Life with a Sweet Set Up Sundae Bar and they rolled out the Blue Carpet for us. We also catered a wedding which was our first and it was so much fun!

As you can see, there is a lot of excitement about our brand and our new store opening.  Making this dream come true would not be possible without people like you!

In 8 days, our campaign ends and we have $15,550 to go before we reach our campaign goal.  Having the full amount will help us get critical equipment and furnishing for the store.  If you could please share our crowdfunding link with your friends and family and ask them to consider giving even $10, $15, or $25 it could help us reach this goal.
