Site Selection Status, Revenue Options & Key Talent

We have narrowed down the site selection for the event to 4 promising vineyard venues and have next level discussions scheduled after April 4th.

We have positive feedback from the producers of the Coachella festival (AEG) which also owns 80 venues and The Mountain Winery in northern California.

We are also in talks with the Francis Ford Coppola Winery in the heart of wine country (Sonoma) and have received a proposal to produce the event there.

Both of these facilities have built in screens and audio which eliminates the cost of rentals.

Both facilities are also insured and have on site restaurants so they can provide catering on site and build that into the event proposal cost as a per person rate with set up fee.

Revenue can be derived from ticket sales options and merchandise to cover the majority of event costs; however, AEG would retain the exclusive right to ticket sales if we decide to host at their venue whereas Francis Ford Coppola Winery would not.

We have a one-sheet for the Ticketing Revenue & Sponsorship Options but there was nowhere to upload them to the campaign so here are the google drive links to view them:

Film Freeway provides a full service digital ticketing platform and does not charge an additional service fee for this since they derive their revenue by retaining a percentage of the entry fees for the festival.

Once we have the location locked in, we can focus on a location promo reel and press release.

We have loads of SAG/AFTRA and WGA talent entered in the showcase, but of particular star power and impact presently is Vivica A Fox (A Producer & Key Cast Member of the film entry "Twisted Vines").

In addition, the Director of "Temecula" (CJ Colando) trained with Woody Allen and worked with Vince Vaughn last year to produce the film "The Opening Act."

Also, below is a link to the draft program with a short form timeline for 1 day. However, as of March 31st we have 13 hours total run time in film submissions so we could potentially reserve a venue for 2 days and have 6.5 hours of live screening happening during each day of the event. This would allow expansion of the ticketing category revenue for 1 day or 2 day passes, since each day would have unique content.
