Hi everyone!
Happy belated Juneteenth weekend to everyone. I have been meaning to send this update for a while, but realized that one year ago was when the crowdfunding campaign officially closed–with over $48,000 raised in a month! It still blows my mind a bit.
Here's what's happened since then:
- The inaugural cohort of the Leadership Accelerator graduated in December 2021 and they've gone on to land prestigious opportunities, negotiate raises and promotions, and turbo charge their speaking and thought leadership!
- The Emerging Leaders cohort (https://www.instagram.com/p/CY1bXpTLZ39/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link) graduated in April 2022 and those alums have landed leadership wins including: receiving a Radical Rest grant as one of 10 grantees, out of 1600+ applicants; getting a sizable merit scholarship for business school; and landing multiple paid speaking engagements!
- The Social Justice cohort (https://www.instagram.com/p/CdtbKmOOmHn/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link) is halfway through the program now, but they've already achieved incredible growth during a challenging time of transition and change; one has landed a prestigious fellowship at Harvard as well!
