      • Una Management Consulting wants to fulfill affordable on-demand services to businesses that are in need of expert workers but cannot afford it or typically do not require full-time expertise. Various services will be offered, but not limited to the following: technology services, accounting/finance controls, human services, general consulting, project management, marketing, customer support/service call centers and logistics' administrative support. 
  • What is the market size/opportunity?
    •  The company will anticipate a generated amount of $25K this year an anticipated $10M next year. The change in revenue is $9.9M. (Divide $9.9M by $10M and multiply quotient by 100). The sales growth rate is 99.7% projected for next year.
  • What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem?

    • Funding will cover ongoing expenses as mentioned above such as: software monthly subscriptions, labor fees, insurance costs, legal fees, etc.
  • Who is on your team?
    • Owner & Founder, Sam Davis, anticipated to hire (1-3) business managers’, (1-2) human resource managers, and up to 15 management consultants per year will be hired to support active contracts throughout expiration.
