Project Description
My Pitch
I am a fitness trainer that is dedicated to sharing my passion for fitness, and sharing my experience of reversing my health to a healthier lifestyle by not getting on medication. I can help clients transform into healthier lifestyles through fitness and nutrition.
The Problem
The United States has high rates of obesity, in some cases obesity can cause high blood sugar levels that can lead to diabetes and high blood pressure. I’m a prime example of how fitness and nutrition has saved me from taking medication because of my diagnosis of being pre-diabetic.
The Solution
As a fitness trainer my goal is to provide purpose driven exercises that anyone can do. The workouts can be modified or intensified. I can do this by providing only 30 minute classes. So much can be accomplished in 30 minutes. Exercise is medicine for a healthy life.
Our Market
At tishfit fitness we service and welcome persons of any shape, size, age and gender who are ready to come and surrender all of their fears and doubts about fitness.
Why I am seeking funds
I'm seeking $20,000 to fund the build out of a state of the art commercial gym space, to have additional working capital for marketing and day to day operations. I am currently training through online classes and have a few face to face clients. My current space is not big enough to train all of my face to face clients together.
Why you should donate
I'm a great example of how fitness has changed my life. By changing my nutrition and exercising, I was able to reverse my diagnosis of being pre -diabetic and being on medication to living a medication free life. I'm relatable. I also have proof from some of my clients that changing their nutrition and exercising has helped them live a healthier lifestyle. Exercise has helped my mental health as well as saved my life.
