Hi there! I'm Candice, founder of Tango, and I used to have bad sex. 

It wasn’t my fault... School taught me about pregnancy and STIs, and my parents didn't talk about it... so, like any other millennial with access to a computer, I learned about sex from the internet, which is one of the worst ways to learn about sex. I didn’t know how to talk about what I wanted, and I certainly didn’t know how to advocate for my pleasure. 

I even got my degree in sexuality studies at Harvard, and, while I learned how to critically analyze porn, I still didn’t know how to talk about sex.

And I wasn't alone. 

In a recent study, just 2 of every 5 women said they felt fully satisfied after sex.

After a decade of struggling with unhealthy intimacy in (and out of) relationships, and some difficult years in a sexless relationship, I had enough. I threw myself into research on ways to improve sex and intimacy in relationships, and developed the first educational, experience-based approach to better sex and intimacy for adults - that comes in a box!
