Orca Intelligence is an IT Consulting and Product Design company that has been in business for several years. We developed Swiftly to autogenerate software and product documentation.
Problem
Do you like chaos? Or do you like to see information organized and structured? Have you seen builders swiftly build homes and still pass inspection? They can do quality work by using reusable architectural documentation. Many software development teams do not have this luxury. Today many teams must write documentation and tasks from scratch for each project, and it slows down the process. What if we can swiftly provide this luxury to software development teams being able to reuse software documentation?
For over the last two decades, teams have had trouble keeping their documentation aligned with rapid software changes. Yes, we have worked in complete chaos. You may have experienced this, for example, when the software you have been using is updated with a new version, and when you look for help, the supporting documentation is outdated or nonexistent. We created Swiftly to autogenerate software and product documentation, so teams can align the documentation with the software code...swiftly. We believe the antidote to chaos is clarity.
A software developer can build a log-in screen for two applications using the same code. Guess how engineers document the log-in content for both products? By researching and writing the log-in documentation for both products separately. What a waste. A study conducted by McKinsey found that knowledge workers…spend 19% of their time searching for and gathering information, and a 2018 IDC study found that "data professionals are losing 50% of their time every week" — 30% searching for, governing, and preparing data plus 20% duplicating work. (Forbes 2019) On average this costs companies $12,000 a year per team member. Wouldn’t it be great to swiftly document software documentation once and reuse it again for other products? Swiftly is the solution.

Like nearly all sub-segments of the IT services industry, the enterprise software market has experienced high levels of growth in recent years, with market revenues more than doubling in the decade between 2009 and 2019. What can Swiftly do
Swiftly is for software and product development teams to generate documentation automatically. Software and product teams can automatically generate software documentation for new or existing products. We also generated over 5 million templates, yes that is right 5 million templates; to choose from or users can enter a term into our system and let our system do the rest. Team members like product owners, product managers, systems analysts, and others can automatically generate software documentation for new or existing products. They can also select from our 5 million templates we have developed or enter a term into our system and let our system do the rest. We seek funding to build more of our algorithm, advance our user experience and marketing to research more beta testers and early adopters.

Our Ask
We are asking for $12,000 from our crowdfunding. However, it will cost much more to continue development. We appreciate any assistant beyond the $12,000 we are asking. We also plan to use the funds to increase our market reach and acquire more beta testers and early adopters. Additionally, the funds will support our paid internship program.
