Throughout the U.S. there are millions of homes that fell prey to foreclosure, disrepair, abandonment, or just plain neglect. These millions of property owners are in desperate need to change their financial outlook. That change can start with their home, whether it be being able to keep their home, or leave it to start over in a far better financial position. Every individual's situation is different, and requires a unique solution.
We, at Special Touch Properties, believe that there is always a solution that can be found to provide relief to those in hardship by resolving their real estate problems. The solution lies in utilizing various strategies in hopes the property will sell and provide monetary compensation to the property owner. By eliminating the debt and putting the money in hand of the property owner, they are free to start over with a clean slate.
Our business venture is new, and with most new ventures it requires funding to expand. Special Touch Properties desires to build ongoing relationships and does not solely focus on profits. The money raised here will go towards strategy development and implementation, purchase of property, rehab costs, legal and administration costs.
My team consists of five main departments that include Executive Leadership (CEO), IT Department (business software, website management, etc.), Marketing, Legal Support, and Accounting.
