Our Mission

At Revive Massage and Wellness (RMW) we are dedicated to providing our clients with massage therapy to relieve pain and promote relaxation and healing. Our services are provided by professional, reputable, trusted therapists who treat the whole person, restoring balance inside and out. 

Our Problem & The Market/Opportunity

As a rapidly growing massage practice, we are bursting at the seams. People are craving an accessible place to heal and many have chosen us because we provide exceptional care to our clients. The skills and techniques used by our therapists consistently exceed client expectations; our client retention is high and a steady stream of referrals continues to bring in new clients each week. Currently, due to space limitations, we can’t accommodate multiple massage appointments simultaneously. We’re having to turn 10-20 clients away each week. Acquiring additional space is paramount to our success. Our therapists have the availability to work additional hours should our space expand, so we’d be able to meet the client demand immediately.

What Makes Revive Massage Unique?

At RMW we treat our staff and our clients like family. Our business model supports and nurtures therapists as well as clients. Many massage companies do not pay a living wage to their therapists, and they thrive off of increasing the number of massage sessions rather than focusing on providing quality care for clients. At RMW, we pay above-average wages. We believe in creating space for a sustainable career for our therapists and providing room and opportunity for them to grow while remaining focused on the highest quality of massage for our clients. 

Our Team

Our team at RMW is Founder/Owner Shayla Johnson, two therapists, and a business coach. The nurturing environment we have created fashions us as the practice where massage therapists want to work. We care for therapists so that they can provide the highest level of service. We are all dedicated to growing the business and continuing to provide extraordinary care to our clients.

A Request For Funding

We would like to take RMW to the next level, but we have outgrown our current office space and require additional funding in order to expand. Due to our room restrictions, we are turning away a substantial amount of business on a regular basis. With additional funding, we will move into a larger space where we can continue to build the business. We will purchase additional equipment so that our therapists can provide multiple massage sessions simultaneously and we will have availability to provide additional appointment options.
