Currently, BRM Staffing only works with employers on a direct-hire placement basis. In order to capture a larger portion of the market share in the Greater San Antonio Metropolitan area, we are looking to offer temp and temp-to-hire placements along with short and long-term HR Consultancy projects. This gives us the opportunity to grow BRM Staffing from projected gross annual sales of $3.6 million to over $5 million with temporary placements.
We are seeking funding in the amount of $350,000 which represents two months of payroll for temporary workers and contractors for contracts and job orders that we cannot pursue currently without the capital needed to pay temporary workers on a weekly basis. The funding being requested will assist BRM Staffing in paying the temporary workers while the invoice to the client is pending payment. Client payment terms range from 14-45 days net pay.
Our current team consists of Rebecca Maha, President; Alexis de Vries, full-time Director of Business Development; Mitch Ramirez, full-time Account Manger; Danielle McCleary, part-time Recruiter; Jennifer Bingham, part-time Recruiter and George Rayner, full-time Recruiter. We are adding 7-8 additional Account Managers over the next three months as well as 6-8 full-time recruiters. The three-month goal is to have 10 Full-Time Account Managers working and 10 Full-Time Recruiters. The one-year goal is to double and/or triple the above numbers to have a total of 20-30 Full-Time Account Managers and 20-30 Full-Time Recruiters. All staff members are paid on a straight commission basis and 40% of the placement fees are retained to build our capital growth account.

In addition, as a sign of appreciation, any backers that would like to utilize our staffing services can expect to receive a discounted placement rate off the standard placement fee.
