Over the Moon Properties, LLC (OMP) brings you an innovative and dynamic program for individuals and families seeking to purchase a home regardless of their credit score and current financial status and situation. This program is unique to the real estate industry because it provides the opportunity for individuals and families to not only own their dream home within 5-7 years, but to also receive ongoing support so they can improve their credit score, eliminate debt, tackle other issues that may block loan qualification, and, ultimately, pay off the mortgage on their new home within 7 years instead of the traditional time frame of 30 years.
