I'm Bergen, The CEO of The Butterfly Doula.

I am a placenta specialist who supports women through their birth journey by encapsulating their placentas in the postpartum phase of pregnancy. I also make skin and hair products to help Mom feel very pretty during her new chapter of motherhood. The mission of the company is to support and empower women through birth.

Most women discover that they are depleted after giving birth, no energy, hair loss, lacking nutrition, low iron supply, feeling weak and sad and not feeling as pretty as they once were. My company helps with all these things. I inspire women to feel confident about becoming a new Mom through placenta encapsulation, coconut scrub and oil. I believe I solve a lot of issues Moms tend to have through my service because it gives back vitamins and nutrients they are missing as well as making them feel better emotionally and mentally.

Placenta encapsulation helps give back vitamins A, B6, B12, K, magnesium, it helps boost their immunity while boosting emotional stability. It helps with decreasing the blood flow after the placenta is delivered and gives back up to 2 quarts of iron back. It decreases the chances of postpartum depression and boost energy levels.

With the coconut scrub it helps Moms exfoliate the skin, gives a boost of energy and at the same time promotes relaxation all while making the skin feel soft like a baby. The oil promotes smooth skin while rejuvenating the skin cells to keep them new allowing Moms to feel like the Queens they are.

I am a single member LLC and as my business grows I am looking to hire more Doulas to fulfill the dream of my business.

My products gives Moms the feeling of empowerment and beauty. With my service, Moms are able to take on the stressors of the day while being a new Mother.

I am looking for support to help grow my business, through better advertisement, marketing and partnerships with companies that are well rounded with mothers, pregnancy and maternity. I plan to use the funds to expedite my marketing target, invest in a space to prepare my products and have Moms come with their families to enjoy a safe space to relax.
