Our innovative flat fee model saves money for our sellers and helps our buyers get a rebate towards their closing costs. Our agents are on a salary structure and are not driven by commissions; this helps us ensure that the level of service provided is consistent.
We are powered by blockchain technology and ensure to provide transparency to our clients at every step of the transaction.

Frequently Asked Questions:
- How is the commission structure from Opnhouz different from other brokerages?
- A standard real estate brokerage could charge sellers 5 or 6 percent of the selling price. If you sell a $500,000 home through that brokerage, you would pay a commission of $25,000 to $30,000.
- If you sell your $500,000 home through Opnhouz, you pay $5,000. For a sale of $750,000 or more, you pay $7,500. That's it. We're pretty sure you can find a good use for all the money you're not spending on commissions! Apply it to closing costs for your next home or just take a vacation after the dust settles.
- If you buy through Opnhouz, we hand that commission straight over to you, minus our flat fee. So, if you buy a home for $500,000, we subtract our flat fee from the commission we're paid and write you a check for the difference. Presuming 2.5 percent, you would receive a direct payment from us of $7,500. If you buy a home for $1 million, you could receive a rebate of $17,500. That would go a long way towards your easing the expenses of closing costs or moving!
For this season of giving, Opnhouz will be sharing 50% of the proceeds raised from this reward with the Hoboken community to help a homeless family find a home this holiday season.
