Project Description
Our campground mission is to provide a safe and fun atmosphere for families to come and stay!
Camping has become so popular, and we want to make a new place for folks to book a nice relaxing get away.
Glamping or Camping has become a new family favorite. The demand for nice clean campgrounds has gone from nearly 2.5M reservations to nearly 3.5M reservations in the last few years.
We will give more camping options to those that love to camp or Glamping. It will offer a safe environment for anyone that may want to try it out!
We will be using the funds the land and building campsites, store and amenities.
Our team: Korrin (Owner), Brian (Operations Manager) and my family.

Frequently Asked Questions:
- Where will the campground be located?
We are looking at land in Georgia or Alabama.
We want it to be on a creek, river or lake. We would also love to have a pond on the property as well.
- When do you want the project started by?
We would like to buy the land by 4th Quarter of 2023 and have everything ready for a grand opening by End of 2024 at the latest.
- What type of amenities do we plan to offer at the camping resort?
- We will have full hookup camper sights with level pads and a nice eating area and campfire areas.
- Shower and restroom houses that are nice and clean.
- Tent camping sites with water and electric hookups.
- Eventually we would love to offer small cabins and Yurts!
- We want to have a nice fenced in pool area.
- We plan to have several trails options to explore!
- Dog park like area - for the dog lovers that come to stay with us! We know that dogs need a place to run around, so we plan to offer a Small and Large fenced in dog area!
- Playgrounds for the kids.
- Covered outdoor areas for the rainy days.
- Indoor hang outs for guests to enjoy on the super-hot days.
- A website to book your time with us!
- And MUCH more is planned.
- Will all of this be done by the grand re-opening?
No, we plan to have as much done as possible though. We know it will be nearly impossible to have every amenity up and running that we plan to have. Overtime we will be adding new and exciting amenities. Some we didn't even list above! We surely will have the hiking trails, dog park and campsites and the grand opening. We will be rolling the rest out over the next couple of years. This will give our campers a reason to come back over and over again!
- How do you plan to keep your campers up to date on new exciting things happening at the Campground?
We will have a podcast that will post to our website, this will track new exciting things that are happening at our campground resort! This will include new amenities and exciting events we might have happening during different parts of the year!
