The Neon Exchange believes that at the heart of every healthy family is a healthy female. We are unique in that we tailor our service delivery to all aspects of a woman’s life which includes her mental health, physical well-being and most of all her strong sense of community. We offer not just a bright, comfortable office space to create and work in but also a collaborative environment with which we can leverage our individual gifts and talents to propel each other forward.
This space has everything a woman needs under one roof. She no longer has to sign up for trainings and decompress with physical activity during her “spare” time; instead, she can fit it in with her general workday, realize the immediate benefits of self-care and move on to tackle the next item on her list of personal or professional goals.
The Neon Exchange is a community of women seeking to enrich the mind, body and soul all in one platform. We accomplish this by leveraging our gifts and talents with one another with four guiding principles in mind.
The Neon Exchange Guiding Principles:
E4 Theory
Educate
We seek to empower each other by providing workshops, seminars and classes dedicated to your balanced work-life needs.
Enlighten
We create an environment of awareness, culture and acceptance in order to awaken and heal the soul.
Encourage
We support each other, free of judgment and believe that we can accomplish anything we set our minds to.
Empathize
We commit to understanding you for who you are and finding common ground in our experiences.

Located in the thriving area of Silicon Valley, South County (Morgan Hill, San Martin & Gilroy) is home to a diverse, creative, socially responsive group of women that deserve a place to gather and create. The Neon Exchange will provide a forum for our females to gather and forge change both locally and universally in business and at home.
Currently, the nearest facility similar to that of The Neon Exchange is in Mill Valley, California. While beautifully crafted and amazing, it is not accessible to our local community and definitely not reflective of our local community landscape. My hope and dream is to create a place that reflects our needs and wants here in the South County. I hope you feel the same.

Pay It Forward
Grants
Each month we will collect nominations letters from our active members nominating a female in our community who will receive a grant in the form of a one-month membership.
High School Student Saturdays
We open our doors on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10:00am-2:00pm to welcome female High School students looking for assistance with everything from college applications and resume writing, to life skills and general mentorship. There is no cost for drop in hours - just proof of current enrollment at a local High School.

Group Events
We will organize participation in local events for our members to build relationships and have fun. Events may include local fun runs, paint nights, craft classes and festivals.

About Little Ol’ Me
I was born and raised in San Jose, though I attended school in Mtn. View, California. I have devoted the past 16 years of my career to public service work and social welfare reform within Santa Clara County’s justice system. My primary focus is improving the South Bay and San Benito County communities where I live, work and where my children attend school. I strongly believe that there is no better feeling than believing you have made a difference in another person’s life...family, friend or stranger.
“Life might be a little messy but adding a little color and brightness changes the whole perspective.” – Toni B.
