The Latina creative and entrepreneur  community is an entity that is vastly and rapidly growing, specifically in areas that were once considered rural. Small towns through out the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Towns that have seen an influx of Latinos arrive after circumstances in their home land led them to search for alternatives and although these communities are much larger in size than they were 10, even 5 years ago, the resources to promote entrepreneurship growth are very limited. 

Our mission with the Mujer Poderosa Summit is to promote and provide a venue where they can showcase their work, network with other women just like them, learn essential tools tailored just for the Latina entrepreneur and more importantly expand their circles so that they may have the opportunity to see both personal and financial growth. 

Mujer Poderosa Summit, taking place in Wilmington, NC, is the FIRST step to what we hope grows in size and frequency so that we may continue to empower our Latina women. We will be providing an exhibition showcasing works by emerging Latina artists, offer workshops that focus on the business aspects of their entrepreneurship and host networking events in this weekend long retreat.

We are looking for investors that cherish the value that our Latina women bring to our communities and wish to make an impact in these women’s lives.
