Project Description
Kulture Karaoke LLC was established as a Limited Liability Company in October 2020, with the expectation of rapid expansion in the gaming industry. Although we have been in business less than one year, the game has generated quite a buzz and gotten the attention of executives in a mass retail chain store.
While this is exciting, it also presents a dilemma. We have received a purchase order from a buyer (with an excellent profit margin) and will receive payment in 2021. But we cannot fulfill the order until we purchase and deliver the inventory. As a new business, we do not have the funds to manufacture such a large initial order. However, because we are a new business, we also do not qualify for traditional loans and business financing. That is why I am here, hoping to raise funds to fulfill the purchase order.
So what exactly is Kulture Karaoke? It is an adult music card game with song categories for a unique game night experience. Kulture Karaoke operates as an e-commerce direct-to-consumer business (via our company website and Amazon.com), and we also offer Bluetooth wireless microphones.
We need to raise $50,000 by June 30th in order to fulfill the initial order and have the product placed on shelves in November 2021. Based on the profit margin, we should be in a good position to fulfill subsequent orders on our own, but we need a starting point.
Kulture Karaoke is a black woman-owned company (100%). I have worked with a team of consultants to get the product ready for shelves, but we do not have full-time staff as of yet. I am hoping that you all will assist me in fulfilling my first large order, and growing the company in the process.

If I contribute, how will the funds be used?
Directly to support our short-term business needs. We have a pending purchase order, but will not receive payment until the inventory is delivered (NET 60 payment terms). We have paid for 50% of the inventory invoice, but need to pay the 50% balance in order to fulfill the order. Your contribution will help us do that.
For any amount over $1,000 you will receive a copy of the original Kulture Karaoke game, a copy of the updated packaging and expanded game, and the opportunity to submit at least one song category card for future Kulture Karaoke games.
