We started this LOCAL movement because we believe that small, locally owned businesses are the heart of every community. They add character and foster creativity in cities and towns across our beautiful nation.

We've created a platform that makes it easy to find LOCAL places to eat, shop and play in your area and as you travel from city to city. We also provide education, support and collaboration opportunities for the business owners to help them thrive.

What we do has had a huge impact on our community and we are excited for the opportunity to bring LOCAL to cities across America.

As we’ve spent the last four years getting to know the owners and watching businesses in our community open and close, we realized that many of them are struggling because they are not rooted in business. They have a passion for what they do but don’t know how to run a business. So we’ve created a platform called The Business Project that provides education and support for the business owners to help them thrive. These online and in-person courses take them through branding, picking a business entity, setting up their business structure, setting up social media, accounting, balancing work with home life and much more. www.thebusinessproject.com
