Project Description
It is my mission to empower individuals to continually seek growth and opportunity as it arises, with my proven personal and professional business development methods.
I have created this company to alleviate client overflow, provide training and education, streamline on-boarding new talent, and accelerate businesses by cultivating a nurturing team environment. I continue to spread light and love through education, while helping others grow to their highest potential.
Because I have been a hairdresser for 10 years, and am a National Educator for Paul Mitchell, I am dynamic in the beauty industry. It is rare that you will find a creative who is also business minded. Like color formulations, each plan is customized and developed for salon teams and individual growth goals.
When it comes to business growth and development, I differ from other consulting groups because of my ability to assess and address both the creative and the business side of our industry. Overall, healthy economic business growth ranges from 2 - 4% annually. I’ve been able to accelerate business growth within a years time by 8%, which is double the national standard across the board.
