We are on a mission to build Creative Awareness in communities.
Most people realized that there was truly a need for creativity during the Pandemic. Creating is necessary for a balanced life.
3 Issues that need to address:
- Life is complex and noisy, and many of us are left feeling overwhelmed.
- Most artists are not paid appropriately for their time and expertise.
- Many children don't have an opportunity to cultivate their talents, leaving them swept under the rug.
Here is how we intend to Resolve these Issues:
- Providing opportunities that relieve stress & anxiety & quiets the noise through creative expreciences.
- Paying artists appropriately for their time and expertise, and at the same time
- Giving less fortunate children the opportunity to cultivate their creative talents through free creative experiences.
I have been designing jewelry for 28 years & teaching for over 15 years which makes me uniquely qualified to run these ventures. Not only do I understand first hand the positive impact creative expression can have. I've experienced depression and have found that creating helped get us through some tough moments. Statistics have shown that creativity brings a sense of Joy, and excitement.
I am raising 50,000.00 to bring creative awareness to community and supporting less fortunate families with the opportunities needed to enhance their childrens gifts, talents, and artistic abilities through the non-profit "Never Starving Artists". We are making sure that the artists, teachers, and businesses that provide these experiences are compensated for providing these services to the less fortunate.
