THE PROBLEM 

According to the ADAA, Anxiety is the most common form of mental health affecting 40 million adults in the US.

OUR SOLUTION 

we understand how important mental health is and the affects it has on our physical health. And vice versa. Mind , body and soul is all connected and if one is off it throws everything off. 
Our solution is CBD. According to Harvard Health CBD helps with 

• Anxiety
• insomnia
• chronic pain
• addiction 
• Autism

At Jersey body and wellness center we will focus on self care using CBD products for facials (which also hydrates the skin) massages to also help with any pain or soreness. And provide CBD infused smoothies and gummies.

Often times when we suffer from anxiety we neglect ourselves. Not realizing how important self care is to help with managing anxiety. There are many self care things that we can do. At Jerseys mind any body we can provide

About the Founder

My name is Natasha and I know all to well what its like to suffer from Anxiety. I have 4 amazing kids, two of which also suffer from anxiety. I am the owner of a Lash studio. I decided to open the business because my oldest was diagnosed with anxiety, depression, panic attacks and cutting, I was fearful to leave her alone so I put all my savings into business so I can spend more time with her. As well as funding my non profit MFAD (mothers fighting against depression) which was to help moms like myself who have children with anxiety in depression to create a support group. unfortunately hiring the wrong staff ruined my business. I was paying employees out of my pocket because we was not generating enough business. That completely broke me. We was forced to leave our home we could no longer afford it. I had to drive uber to keep from being repo. I was so behind in rent for the lash studio and was on the verge of losing that as well. All this triggered my anxiety I was in such a dark place until I started CBD and honestly it saved my life. that is why I wanna turn my lash studio into a wellness center to help others manage their anxiety and get the self care needed so they don't end up in that dark space. I realized this is my purpose aside from my kids. This is what I am here to do.
