Hi, I’m Jeniffer! Working in Coffee Shops and other Customer Service Jobs for the last 16 years has given me a strong business background, but also has opened my eyes to problems in these industries. The hours are long with low wages, health code violations, high waste and disregards towards anyone who has a family and/or children. I decided to change these outcomes with the collaboration of my two daughters. I am creating a business that embraces equality and protects the work environment as well as the environment we live in.
This business fights for employees rights and makes epic specialty drinks that taste amazing!! Each quarter a donation will be given to a different Non-Profit Organization built on the foundation of the community. Our Vision is to provide a place with lifetime experience by supporting our community, building strong relationships while performing the highest standards of conquering success to establish a growing snow cone business, with the satisfaction of our clients/customers as our foremost desire and goal.
What will truly set Hummble Bee 208 apart is offering modern trends in drinks while bringing back the warmth and generosity that is fading in the employee customer relationship. Our menu is unique with our syrups being made with honey from a local farmer making them more health conscious. In the summer this will also give locals and tourists a place to stop and relax with an ice cold specialty drink or snow cone(which my daughters will help with to earn money for there college education) along with others who will join the team. Our waste will be minimal by using re-usable; straws, cups and etc. our excess water will be used in our flower beds that will be filled with flowers specifically that the bees desire to extract pollen. Our extras will go to the food bank or for Hosting get togethers for the schools as well as the Non-Profit Organizations.
According to research, about 10,000 vehicles pass by our location daily making it the best and most suitable location for the business. We have a strong and focused desire to break into the top tier of Hot and cold beverages within our first 3 years of commencement of businesses in Idaho. Our target market cuts across almost all segments of society, as almost everyone takes the products we produce. Among the vast array of the target market segment we intend focusing on; locals, tourists, corporate executives, adolescents, teenagers, people living within our area of operations, students, among a host of other market segments. We will ensure that they are given the very best of our services.
Our strength lies in the fact that we have a well designed and structured Kiosk and up-coming equipment that will position us to meet any demand. Another factor that counts to our advantage is our background with robust experience in the food and beverage industry and a respectable academic qualification to match the experience acquired which has placed us amongst the topflight professionals.
We are not ignoring the fact that offering consultancy services and running a standard training is going to count as a positive for us. In view of that, we have conducted our market research and we have ideas of what our target market would be expecting from us. As part of our plans to Diverse ourselves from others, we have perfected plans to get it right from the beginning which is why we are going the extra mile to ensure that we have passionate and hardworking employees to occupy all the available positions in our business.
This campaign was started to create a continual pathway to flourish a thriving business for our community and continue giving back. My start-up costs are moderate and my overhead fees are little. I am openly asking for funds to cover licensing fees and a modest amount of equipment and supplies.
