Project Description
Coworking spaces are critical for giving small business owners and solo workers a place where they can hold professional meetings, get away from home to help their efficiency, and providing community to workers who don’t generally get workplace fraternization.
The Hive, however, is taking it one step further and providing a home to Panama City’s careworkers. Social workers, therapists, counselors and the like will now have private offices to meet with their patients and provide much needed services to our community.
By donating to this campaign, you are ensuring that the backbone of our community has the support and space it needs to give back to a city that has seen more than its share of hard times. After THREE declarations of state of emergency in 2020, it’s crucial to us to make sure that there is a place driven to support those who are changing our area for the better!
These funds will allow us to complete the necessary improvements to this beautiful, historic unit in downtown Panama City. The hardwood floors and brick walls need a little love to be considered safe! Additionally, this fund with contribute funds towards furnishings as well as a key access system that will provide our members flexibility and control over when and where they work!

What is a coworking space?
Think of it like a gym for your job! Instead of dumbbells and treadmills, we have desks and killer WIFI! Anyone can sign up for a membership or just drop by for the day, and get access to a private, professional space to get work done.
Is it just for working?
Nope! We also have memberships just for folks who want access to our networking events and workshops! We want to help the workforce of Panama City maximize their income, and these workshops are geared towards just that!
Don't we already have a coworking space in Panama City?
Yep! We sure do! We're a little different, though... Our priority is MISSION, COMMUNITY, and FAMILY. We want to help you find and fulfill your mission, support our community, and get people BACK in their families.

This coworking space is on a mission to support our community, specifically by offering a great place for care-workers to meet with their patients. Our offices provide private meeting spaces where counselors, therapists, coaches, and social workers to meet their clients and do their very important work.
