HELP THE RISE: MINDSET ACADEMY™ and PLANNER SOAR!

The mission is to provide more access to high-quality peak performance, personal growth products, and coaching services to all, with a passion for making coaching accessible to more diverse and inclusive communities. Burnout, anxiety, depression, lack of focus, clarity, and organization are at an all-time high across all age groups. Yet access to high-quality, affordable, and on-demand, behavioral-based performance coaching programs is lacking. The traditional private 1:1 coaching programs are notoriously expensive. Many motivated and well-meaning individuals turn away from coaching due to high costs.  The development of a coaching platform, THE RISE MINDSET ACADEMY™ and the production of THE 2022 RISE VISION| ACTION| PLANNER™ allow for premium coaching principles to reach underserved and represented communities at a lower price point.  Separately there is a diversity challenge in the current field of  “peak performance/ NLP” improvement.  Women, particularly women of color, don’t see themselves in a space that white males largely occupy—representation matters. THE 2022 RISE VISION| ACTION| PLANNER™ and THE RISE MINDSET ACADEMY™, a BIPOC female-founded business, is a way to address this need. 

The global wellness and personal development markets are currently valued at $4.75 trillion.  Individuals and businesses alike are changing the way they consume content and learn. The learning and training trend is moving toward online/app and gamification. Pre-COVID, the planner industry was valued at $386M with a growth rate of 1.5%.  The global e-learning market, which mainly involves online coaching and digital learning platforms, is expected to reach a combined value of more than $325 billion by 2025.   Expanding diversity and inclusion in the wellness/personal development market is a growth opportunity. Programming and content being offered by skilled facilitators of color need to be incorporated into this new learning wave. Women, particularly women of color, are leading the positive empowerment trend.  There are few experts, programs, and products inclusive of marketed to and, or catering to them.  With respect to purchasing patterns, women make up 70% of the self-help personal development sales.  Conversely, men make up 74% of professional skills development/ “peak performance” sales.  As the professional landscape shifts, we anticipate user migration in these two wellness categories.

THE RISE MINDSET ACADEMY™ online coaching program helps participants identify what is holding them back from creating the life they desire. They learn techniques and tools to get out of their own way, go from where they are to where they want to be and get more done on the road to success.   THE 2022 RISE VISION| ACTION| PLANNER™ provides the space and system to create change. The 3-in-1 system provides everything required to develop a healthy mindset, build new habits, and get more done.  A proven, effective, and efficient process that combines the best techniques in mindset development and organizational structure provides the space for participants to realize their untapped potential.  THE RISE MINDSET ACADEMY™ online coaching platform is designed for participants to learn how to live the life they want, learn success techniques, and channel confidence and joy.  These goals should not just be for the financially privileged. Everyone deserves access to high-quality coaching to live the life they want and learn the techniques that channel happiness, confidence, and joy. This platform will provide high-quality coaching at an affordable price.
