- What is the mission of your company or project?
- Family Mini-Mart & Grocery LLC's goal is to excel in the Grocery business by offering a variety of affordable quality products that when circumstance and time is so constricted, and our clients need something to use or eat they can always visit our convenient mini mart where they can find what they need and be served by our friendly staff with curb-side pick-up and delivery services offered. We will treat each customer with respect and we will be recognized for our integrity and superior customer service.
- What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem? The store will consist of serving local individuals who live close to the neighborhood, such as elderly people, adults and young adults. We may have customers that don't live in the area that are welcome. They maybe in the area and need groceries without worrying about a huge crown or expensive prices. Bellevue is a relatively small community of around 2,008 people and surroundin areas. Also according to the US Census Bureau 2020 survey, Illinois has a total population of 12,587,530. The available market is defined as the average household income of $84,100.00. The qualified available market, hence the total workforce is calculated as 6,114,400. Family Mini-Mart & Grocery LLC’s target market is estimated as 3,057,200.
- Describe the problem you are solving. Affordable prices, convenient location, offering curb-side pick or delivery and great quality of products and outstanding customer service, we intend to adopt an aggressive approach to ensure it responds to its customers' demands, fulfills prompt and courteous delivery, remains cost efficient and committed to providing added value to its existing product line while upholding marketing strategy, establishing cost-efficient delivery modes, while upholding exceptional service level.
