- To add value to every organization we work with, regardless of a sale.
- Small business owners have limited access to group benefits and most of their options are not affordable. CG agency looks to correct this issue.
- There are 350,718 Small businesses in Oklahoma that employ 52% of the workforce with 61,923 employees. There are 31,723 businesses there are owner-only organizations. This is only a small portion of our market as our services can be offered in Oklahoma, Texas, Kentucky, Arizona, Ohio, and Illinois. Our current regional focus is on Oklahoma and Texas, but we will expand into our other markets as we establish ourselves in the industry.
- Our company provides group benefits to small business owners. The problem with current competitors is their plans are not flexible or affordable for our clients. Now more than ever, the employees hold the power as there are so many jobs available to them. Group benefits are a necessary thing for small business owners to offer so they can not only attract top talent but retain it. The current offerings are very limiting as they have a large minimum enrollment, are only offered as HMO plans typically, and don't provide enough coverage. Our services have a minimum enrollment of only two lives, are set up as PPO plans, and provide 10 additional free benefits with all plans. We have worked with several owner-only organizations and were able to save them 15-20% compared to their ACA Marketplace plan. Several of our clients had HMO plans set up prior to working with us and were either required to change doctors, pay additional expenses if they went out of network, and had trouble understanding their benefits because there was no individual attention given to them. Our PPO plans allow our clients to go to any doctor and they have access to our agents as well as an individual case manager with our carriers to ensure they always understand how to utilize their benefits. The larger carriers also do not cover mental health, which is so important after the pandemic. All of our plans cover mental health, chiropractic, and acupuncture from day one. Our carrier future-proofed their plans by offering 10 additional free services with all plans including yoga, meditation, massages, barre, and so much more.
- We are seeking funding for advertising, client luncheons, educational seminars, employee training, and to hire additional staff as our services are already in great demand. We have 3-4 businesses requesting quoting each week. We also plan to obtain additional certifications to establish greater trust with the community. We are currently a certified vendor with Oklahoma which allows us to quote any state agency. These funds will largely allow us to expand our current reach and obtain clients at a more accelerated rate. Our projections, shown above in the photo, are based on very conservative numbers. We have estimated a total of 30 new lives enrolled per month, however, we currently have a bid out to an organization with 212 employees and an organization with 715 employees. Landing these businesses, will put us months and potentially years ahead of current conservative projections. 80% of the clients that we quote choose to work with us.
- Currently, my team is just myself and one commissioned sales agent. I look to expand that to 5 commissioned agents in Oklahoma, 5 commissioned agents in Texas, and one admin to assist with client quote requests.
