Project Description
- The mission of Goodness Gracious is to provide a lovely place for breakfast and lunch, with unique food items, traditional and non traditional, American classic fare, as well as, healthy options. We are also on a Mission to honor the days gone by, old family style togetherness, and provide our legendary picnic basket catering service.
- One problem we are solving is the need for the wholesome goodness of freshly made picnic baskets, for our numerous outdoor events, delivered! We also want to preserve the traditions of the past, honor our ancestors, and share in food communion with our community, all under our brick and mortar home where all are welcome. All are family.
- The demographics of my market are about 240,623 people in the 4 communities around Goodness Gracious. With concerts and outdoor events that serve over 1,000,000 people on average per year.
- I am seeking funding to support our brick and mortar restaurant development in Carmel, IN. Presently negotiating with Rich Building on Rangeline Dr. This money will be used to pay one month rent, to build out the building space, to purchase a delivery vehicle, pay for inventory, supplies, print my book, branding and marketing plan.
