Hi, Figuring Out You is a life Coaching business aiming to support adolescents, young adults, and women. Figuring Out You aims to help their clients to discover themselves after pass trauma or current trauma events in their lives. The main goal is to help find a balance in their life by decluttering the mind of past trauma, rebuilding self-esteem and confidence. These events will assist with learning how to value themselves and create realistic expectations for themselves.  We also provide 3 packages called cleaning out the gutter which includes: Retrain your brain, learn to let your thoughts flow, learn how to be Mindful and Creative. I Am Not My Thoughts is a package that will help you rebuild your self-esteem. We will work together and utilize words of affirmation, journaling, and other coping skills that can help increase your self-esteem. Confident Booster is used to increase your confidence You must learn to appreciate and accept your skills, experience, philosophies, aspirations and limitations.
