Diversity 3.0 is based in strong equality, diversity, acceptance and collaboration values.
We work towards gender equality, diversity and inclusion and we care about all intersectionalities that might affect as well.
We aim to create a safe space to create and share messages of a new entrepreneurship and social paradigma, where businesses are inherently social and society is cohesive, caring and collaborative.

At Diversity 3.0 we want to offer a safe space for women. LGBTQIA and gender non conforming people to work, learn and grow as well as to give access to the latest technologies and courses to have a high IT literacy and be able to become remote workers, digital nomads or high level employees.
Why do we need you?
When we reach the goal we will finally be able to officially register as a foundation legally and open the doors of our first space in Mallorca.
Our 10 year business plan includes at least 20 safe spaces in major cities worldwide and it all starts with a register.
Why help Diversity 3.0?
Projects and permits are awaiting for this legalization to occur. We have a project to take in refugees from Aquarius and help with their skills. We have a project with Red Cross to help with GBV victims and with other associations and foundations.
We'll also cover culture and entertainment, bringing the latest educational and reivindicative art and artists to talk about their journeys
