Our project today stems from the demands of the digital age and our progressive shift from a relationship based industry, to one that is technology driven and fast paced. To meet this demand, The Daley Group must implement robust applications and systems to scale up.
- What is the market size/opportunity? We serve the Greater Atlanta Community which encompasses 16 counties in the metro area, according to Know Atlanta. This fast paced area houses over 5.9 million people and noted as the 9th largest metropolitan area in the country.
- What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem? The Daley Real Estate Group provides services in both the commercial and residential sectors. Simply put, if you know someone in our service area, we can help them buy, sell, lease or manage a property.
- Why are you seeking funding and how will you spend the funding? We intend to resolve our issue by bridging the digital gap with relationships by implementing proptech (property and technology) by way of the following:
- Applications which promote company branding, efficiency and automation;
- Licenses providing access to cutting edge systems and platforms;
- Education which allows the firm to teach Clients how to do business in this digital age.
