Meet the Founder:

 I’m a mother of 2 beautiful brown girls, Kadence (7) and Kinley (3) so I, myself, am awfully familiar with expensive childcare. I walked away from my full-time position as a Preschool Teacher to start an in-home daycare, with the support of my family. This would ensure that my youngest daughter would totally be prepared for preschool, while at the same time saving money. I was 100% committed to making our lives better. My biggest and most difficult task was keeping my enrollment full. I needed a right now solutions, other than social media for marketing and advertising, that would help assist with this problem. I knew that if I was having these challenges, so were many others in the industry.

This is when was created. CK is a tool not just for providers but also for families that are currently investing more than 33% of their income towards childcare. We are here to help! Affordable childcare is not a myth!

I decided to create a new and approved ecosystem marketplace website for childcare providers (mainly for in-home family providers), the underdogs of childcare, to list their unused slots to their local community and more. I’ve built this marketplace where childcare providers can come together to encourage one another, share laughable or cryable moments and much much more. Furthermore, selling their unused slots for right now care will keep their income flowing when enrollment is down and help them figure out what works and what don’t work for their business. We have so many providers that are the best at what they do, it is their calling. Closing is not an option. They just need a platform to recognize their hard work and allow them to earn at their fullest potential.

Children of the community 

11 million children under 5 is enrolled in childcare in the United States. There are about 40% of children (6.6million) that are enrolled at a family in-home base childcare facility or home. The average tuition ranges from $185 to $250 per week for most states. Some families can afford tuition, and some need an option that has flexibility. Childcare centers will not give the flexibility option. will give families the option to find affordable childcare for a day or more, at any giving time, with no extra fees. It can closely be described as the "Airbnb" of childcare, where providers list unfilled slots, giving  families the option to purchase, when most needed. Flexibility matters!

I, Callie Anderson, am dedicated to empowering and equipping the early childhood education industry with world class tools. As a solo founder and a mother of 2 girls under the age of 10, my dollars only go so far. I need capital to fund for key hires, upgrading our website, upgrade our customer loyalty program, advertising and marketing.

And finally, the end game is to create a  app, to supply families the ease of reserving child care slots, as they need them.
