Frequently Asked Questions:
- When can I expect my products to arrive?
- Once the campaign has ended, production will begin about 2-4 weeks later. Production is expected to take around 4 weeks. Once all products have been shipped, we will carefully inspect, package, and ship each product. We sincerely appreciate all your patience during this time. We target to have all products delivered by July 2021.
For digital rewards, we target to send them to you within 1 week after having received your support.

- What will happen if you do not reach your funding goal?
- If the funding goal is not reached, we will still be able to fulfil some of the orders placed during the crowdfunding campaign. However, for those products whose production cannot be sufficiently funded, we will refund you the amount you paid (without interest) after the end of the crowdfunding campaign.

- Where are your handbags made?
- Our handbags are proudly made in Guangzhou, China. We understand the stigma surrounding “made in China” — that the product is poorly made, or is made by low-wage factory workers. We want to reassure you that this is not the case for Cosmic Love (at all).
As the founder of Cosmic Love, I have decided to work with our manufacturing partner in Guangzhou because our partner is not only very familiar with using recycled materials, but its workers are young, smart and culturally-diverse – the perfect reflection of Cosmic Love’s vision for the fashion industry that cherishes animals and the planet. I have personally visited the factory to meet with the management, talk with the staff and view the factory’s working conditions. I am satisfied that the staff’s work is appreciated and the philosophy behind Cosmic Love is embraced.
Meanwhile, we are exploring a partnership with a female-owned leather workshop in Thailand. We take initiatives in supporting female-owned small businesses because we run one and we know how important it is for us to team up during our journeys ♥︎
