- WHO ARE WE: 180 Development Solutions & Consulting Co. LLC provides support, training, and development for community/service focused organizations, and businesses who are committed to cultivating a healthy and thriving team culture, developing and supporting new and emerging team leaders, and impacting the people and communities they're called to in the most effective ways!
- WHY WE EXIST: Community focused organizations and businesses who are not intentionally investing in the training and development of their new and emerging leaders are experiencing higher turnover rates, difficulty building their teams on a foundation of trust, and difficulty diagnosing, managing and resolving conflict as it arises. These things mentioned above, contribute to a lack in the development and support team members need in order to work collaboratively, cohesively and effectively with one another.
- WHAT WE DO: Through leadership coaching and training, facilitated dialogue, and shared learning experiences, 180 Development Solutions & Consulting provides professionals with the tools and support necessary to contribute and thrive in a collaborative manner within organizational teams.
- WHY WE NEED FUNDING: We're raising funds to build strategic partnerships, outsource our marketing and administrative duties, and invest in necessary professional development, supplies and resources to best serve our clients.
- CAN YOUR TEAM REALLY DO THIS? The answer is YES!!! Collectively our team has 15 years of experience in the Non-Profit, HR Management, Social Service, and Community Mental Health fields. Our founder is a ICF Certified Personal Development, and Executive Leadership Coach, as well as Nationally Certified Mediator with additional certifications in Team Development, Leadership Agility, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). In addition, each member of our team has qualified as our ideal customers, and have witnessed first-hand the repercussions that follow poorly managed/developed teams, and a below par organizational culture. We understand the need for these solutions and are committed to delivering insights, and strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients!
